In this training you will
- Be equipped with practical skills to step into your power as a facilitator
- Build your capacity to lead groups effectively
- Understand ways to work with group energy instead of draining yours
- Learn to have groups that develop ownership, cohesion and synergy
- Gain comfort with silent pauses in group interaction
Intentions of the training
To provide an experiential learning opportunity that will nourish and strengthen your facilitation skills.
Some of the things we will explore during the training day:
- What it means to BE a facilitator, not simply DOING facilitation
- Moving from “Me to We” - cultivating group wisdom or collective intelligence
- Various models of group process and ways to get the most from your group.
- Staying focused and on time while allowing for ample group discussion.
- Balancing ‘the plan’ with the reality! We can plan well and allow for creativity.

Tathra Street is an accomplished facilitator. She is deeply committed to experiential learning and has been facilitating groups for 19 years. As a 'Work that Reconnects' practitioner she brings a deep ecology perspective to cultivating group wisdom. She is a facilitator and trainer of the Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium. Tathra runs her own business as a leadership consultant with Audacious Leadership where she facilitates transformative processes with groups and individuals. Her influences include Joanna Macy, Peter Block, Peter Senge & Otto Scharmer.
